Everyone likes these ones- definitely not low carb though !
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup smooth peanut butter
3 cups crushed gluten free corn flakes ( or other GF flaked cereal )
heat 1st 3 ingr. ( don't boil) add peanut butter. fold in cereal & drop by tsp onto cookie sheet or press into greased cookie sheet & cut into bars when cool.
